JOSA JEWELRY <3
8 month progress, woo hoo!:
SW: 111.5kgs / 245lbs
Last weigh in: 85kgs / 187lbs
CW: Unknown! I don’t weigh myself anymore because I’m beyond ecstatic with the person I have become, how much weight I have lost and how fulfilling my life is now. I am healthier and fitter than I have ever been in my life, there is no way in hell that I’ll ever go back to the person that I was.
Since beginning this journey, I have grown and learnt so much. There is nothing left of the person I used to be, negativity and anger have been replaced with excessive amounts of positivity, an upbeat attitude towards my life and the things that I do. I focus on myself and my own well being, in doing so I’ve gained so much more than I every thought imaginable.
I have no limits or restraints with my mind anymore, anything is possible and I’m willing to go through whatever it takes to get to the point in my life where I can say, ”I’ve lived to the best of my ability, I’ve achieved things many would never even dream of, I’ve created myself to be the person I’ve always wanted. Determined, unstoppable, limitless.”
So inspiring. You’ve done a fantastic job!

was yummy.
had an asian chicken wrap (basically chinese chicken salad in a green wrap), and an individual bag of Baked Cheetos. and some fruit.
basically the same thing i had for lunch.
only ate it again because it was premade and i didn’t want it to fall apart overnight. or get soggy.
worked out tonight for an hour & a half.
60 minutes on the elliptical at 10/10, burned 705 calories, 4. something miles.
then did abs, and stretched. body sore, but not as sore. love this feeling though!
trying to wake up early (630am!) to go to the gym at 7.
highly doubt this will happen, but i’m going to try.
oh, and i bought a gym drawstring bag and a Blender bottle (i lost my other one boo)
excitedddddd, day 2 down. keep it up Sara.

Tips for running uphill:
-Run on your toes.
-Pump your arms vigorously.
-Drive your knees upwards. You want your foot to hit at about a 90 degree angle as you go up the hill.
-Breathe in your nose and out your mouth. Try to regulate it into a slow, relaxed, rhythm.
-Relax your shoulders- they’re probably going to be tensed up.
GO!!! :)
